聘请大马力拖拉机开发、设计工程师


1、岗位描述:

重点解决高端拖拉机开发过程中的核心技术问题,迅速提高雇主公司的产品研发水平,目标是达到世界先进拖拉机厂家水平。

需解决的问题:

1)100马力以上拖拉机研究开发;

2)200~380马力左右拖拉机动力换档底盘、电控发动机、电液控制液压提升装置、整机自动监控、辅助检测控制技术等方面的研究开发;

3)100马力以下欧美市场需要机型的研究开发。

、要求的专家学历、资历、工作语言:

1)学历:大学以上学历;从事拖拉机开发、设计五年以上。

2)资历:从事拖拉机开发、设计五年以上。或独立研究开发机构担任研发部门负责人经历,主持拖拉机整机开发、底盘液压、整机can bus电器等方面开发研发从业经历;具有高端拖拉机完整开发过程的从业经历;对国外拖拉机行业产品、技术发展过程、过程中存在的问题,有充分了解掌握;对未来10年-20年,世界拖拉机发展趋势,有独到见解,及个人系统解决方案。

3)工作语言:英语;

4)年龄:60岁以下。

、工作期限:能够在中国长时间工作,至少一年.

、优先录用:一直从事拖拉机研发行业;有在知名拖拉机厂家(JOHN DEERE and CHALLENGECaterpillar,CASE, FENDTVALTRADEUTZ-FAHR CLASS LAVERDA NEW HOLLAND)供职过的技术人员或退休工程师。


6、雇主可以提供富有竞争力的待遇和年薪:

Recruitment for engineers engaged in high-powered tractors development and design
1. Position description:
Mainly helps to resolve the essential technical problems in high technology tractor's research and development, and quickly improve the product developing level for the employer, so as to achieve the advanced level of tractor manufacturers in the world.
Problems to be solved:
1) Researching and developing the high technology tractors upwards 100HP.
2) Research and development of 200-380 HP tractor loading gearshift chassis, electric controlling engine, electric controlling hydraulic lifter, automatic monitoring, and auxiliary examination control technology etc;
3) The research and development of high technology tractor under 100 HP suitable European and American market.
2. Required education, aptitude and working language for the expert to be employed:
1) Education: University graduate at least, with experience of developing, researching and designing of more than five years.
2) Aptitude: With experience of developing, researching and designing of more than five years. Has been worked as a principal in independent research and development organization which mainly for research of overall tractor development, chassis hydraulics, overall can bus electricity part; having experience of complete research for high technology tractor; having a sufficient knowledge of overseas tractor products, technology evolution process and its problems; having a particular opinion for world tractor development trend in the next 10-20 years, and having a personal systemic solution.
3) Working language: English
4) Age: no more than 60 years old.

3. Working period: Being able to work in China for a long time, at least one year.

4. Expert preferred: Having been engaged in research and development work for overseas tractor all the time; retired technicians or workers have been worked in overseas famous tractor plants, such as JOHN DEERE and CHALLENGE(Caterpillar) in the USA,CASE, FENDT,VALTRA、DEUTZ-FAHR ,CLASS ,LAVERDA, NEW HOLLAND and of Italy.

5. The employer will provide competitive treatment and annual pay, including:
Separated office room with A/C, computer, rooming house, interpreter, car; annual salary: 60,000~100,000 Euro each year.
