Bright Future 2012 Summer Volunteering Recruitment
Recruitment Target: current University Students Duration: Mid July – Mid August 2012（to be confirmed） Location: TO BE DETERMINED Application Deadline: April 30th 2012 Recruitment Number: Approximately 8-10 volunteers

- Send in the application with a photo to [email protected] with the title “2012 Bright Future – Name, School, Country
Applicant Requirements: - Be 18 years of age and apply with parental permission. Must be healthy with a strong ability to adapt to new and harsh environment.
- Be able to teach courses in Chinese at the elementary school level. Able to communicate with the students and teammates in Chinese.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and a great deal of care. Friendly, enthusiastic, and have the ability to lead a classroom and inspire the students.
- Be a team player. Must be able to get along with your teammates and be able to follow the directions of your team leaders.
- Have a positive and humble mindset; know when to uphold your personal image and that of the organization.
Selection Process: Application review -> first round of selected applicants -> first interview -> second round of selected applicants -> second interview -> third round of selected applicants

光明行2012暑期支教海外志愿者招募书

- 完成报名表后，连同表格以及个人生活照片一张，发送邮件至[email protected]，主题请注明：2012光明行-姓名，学校，国家。
选拔要求： 1) 年满18周岁的大学生，身体健康、适应能力强、能吃苦耐劳，品德高尚、思想正派，愿意无偿奉献时间和精力，具有单独承担民事责任能力的成年公民；并征得父母同意。 2) 中文应对中小学教学，并能与团员和学生正常交流。 3) 具有爱心和强烈的责任心，富有朝气和活力，善于调动课堂气氛，能够激发学生的学习热情，对支教的科目有一定认知，热爱公益事业 4) 具有集体观念，组织纪律性强，性格开朗，善于与人沟通，有一定的人际关系处理能力，并具有相应的团队合作精神和组织协调能力，能服从主办方的工作安排 5) 具有谦卑的精神、端正的心态、正面的思维，有较强的学习能力，注重个人修养及形象，能自觉维护团队利益及团队形象。
审核程序： 报名表审核→入选名单公布→初试→第二轮名单公布→复试→第三轮名单公布→支教组委会审核→体检身体→签订安全协议书→出发前审核 所有名单将公布在新浪博客和人人小组上。
