请问各位申请孩子家庭团聚,上海大使馆和北京大使馆送签需要哪些资料,有何不同?

以下家属可以申请西班牙家庭团聚签证：
1.配偶；
2.子女或其配偶的子女；
3.父母或者配偶的父母（65周岁以上，并证明他们定居西班牙的需要）；
4.合法的监护人（西班牙担保人未满18岁或具有某种残疾）。

西班牙家庭团聚签证需要的材料：
1.西班牙家庭团聚签证申请人有效期在6个月以上的因私护照原件。护照最后一页黑色碳素笔签名（中文姓名）。护照至少留有连续2页的空白签证页，不含备注页。如护照换发，请提供所有旧护照原件。
2.西班牙家庭团聚签证申请人近半年拍摄的白色背景彩色护照（3.5×4.5厘米）照片三张。照片必须露出双耳。请在照片背面标记出你的中文姓名。

3.西班牙家庭团聚签证申请人全家户口本整本原件及复印件（包括迁出、注销页），若配偶及子女不在同一户口本，请一同提供配偶及子女户口本整本复印件。翻译成西班牙文。

4.西班牙家庭团聚签证申请人身份证正反两面复印件。（同一页）

5.已婚者请提供结婚证复印件（若离异请提供离婚证复印件或法院调解书复印件）。.若证件丢失需在派出所/民政局开具相关证明。

6.无犯罪公证书，须由申请人出生国或近5年居住过的国家相应的权利机构所签发，翻译并且认证（原件及复印件）。此文件的有效期为3个月。

7.西班牙家庭团聚签证申请表。

8.家属关系或合法同居关系的证明文件及复印件，如有需要，年龄和经济或法定负担关系的证明文件。

1）如果申请人是配偶，婚姻证明的原件及复印件，亲属关系公证（有效期6个月），翻译并认证。如果申请人是配偶的子女，证明监护权为其配偶一人所有或另一监护人同意全权监护的文件和所诉子女需担保人负担其生活的证明文件，翻译并公证。如子女为收养关系，收养文件的公证书（翻译并认证）。

2）如果团聚未成年人的居留许可批准上只有一个配偶，需递交另一方签署的同意子女（在西班牙)定居的公证书（翻译并认证）。现在申请孩子的家庭团聚，必须要出示汇款证明，但是在汇款条件上，政府没有一个明确的数额、次数标准，哪怕是两个月汇四、五百欧元，也能够达到市政府的标准，只是在汇款单上，最好注明孩子的名字，就算是孩子未达到法定年轻具有合法的身份能够领取汇款，但最好也要写上亲戚代收、孩子转收等，这样才能符合政府的要求，防止给政府产生有作假的感觉。”

3）如果申请人为65周岁以上的父母，足以推断申请人经济上需要依靠西班牙担保人的至少1年内的汇款凭证，或者其他西班牙居留许可的批准理由的证明文件。如父母享有养老金，需递交养老收入证明。

9.健康证明，由本领馆所指定的医疗机构开具，证明申请人不患有2005年国际卫生条例中任何严重影响公共安全的疾病（原件和复印件）。

西班牙家庭团聚签证注意事项：
1.西班牙家庭团聚签证需向西班牙使馆签证处递交，签证申请需由本人递交。以下家属可以申请家庭团聚：配偶；子女或其配偶的子女；父母或者配偶的父母（65周岁以上，并证明他们定居西班牙的需要）；合法的监护人（西班牙担保人未满18岁或具有某种残疾）。如果申请人未成年，须由其父母，监管人或合法代表人代为申请和领取护照。递交完毕，申请人可以委托万国通工作人员代办领取护照和剩余的手续。

2.西班牙签证申请人需要通过电子邮件与西班牙使馆签证处预约，万国通可以协助预约申请。

3.居住在西班牙的担保人需要在西班牙合法居住一年并申请了至少另一年的居留许可后才可以在西班牙递交家庭团聚申请。担保人接到短期(最初的）居留许可批准通知后的2个月之内，申请人才需递交申请西班牙签证。

4.建议所有签证申请材料的原件在递交材料时带齐，便于西班牙签证处工作人员及时核查（身份证，户口本，结/离婚证，退休证，房产证，机动车驾驶证，银行证明等）

5.西班牙使馆签证处将审理每一份申请材料，同时保留申请人本人前来面试和递交其他相关材料的权利。递交所缺文件和资料的时间在十个工作日内。

6.西班牙签证领区是按照户口所在地划分，不是按照长期居住地。

7.所有西班牙家庭团聚签证所需公证书需中国外交部进行认证，所有递交的文件必须翻译成西班牙文，签证申请人需要体检，我们将全程协助办理。

目前，无论持中国何种护照，到西班牙均需提前办好西班牙签证。经西班牙前往第三国者，不论是否出机场，均需申办过境签证。

一般情况下，首先需通过此邮箱 [email protected] 进行预约（不接收附件）。

西班牙在华现设有4个使领馆，即西班牙驻华大使馆、西班牙驻上海总领馆、西班牙驻广州总领馆和西班牙驻香港总领馆。
西班牙领事机构受理其领区内的西班牙签证申请。

西班牙签证申请人持上海、浙江、江苏、江西或安徽户口（或已生效3个月以上的暂住证）的，应直接向西驻沪总领馆申办西班牙签证。

西班牙签证申请人持福建、广东、湖南、广西、海南、贵州或云南户口（或已生效3个月以上的暂住证）的，应直接向西驻广州总领馆申办西班牙签证。

其他地区的西班牙签证申请人（或已生效3个月以上的暂住证）的可以直接向西班牙驻华大使馆（北京）申办西班牙签证。

REUNIFICATION(Shanghai上海领区)
 
(Arts. 52 to 61 RD. 557/2011)
 
APPLICATION SUBMISSION: the application must be done in person and by arranging an appointment through the following email [email protected] (Please do NOT attach any documents). In the case of minors, the application and visa collection can be done by their parents or legal guardians, or by an authorized person.
 
THE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT CAN BE REUNITED:
His/her spouse, as long as they are not legally or de facto separated.
The applicant’s children or his spouse’s/de facto couple’s, including adopted ones, as long as they are under 18 years old at the date of applying for the authorization for residence.
 
REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER
 
1.      A National visa application form, filled out in block capitals or typed, (no Chinese characters). It must include some contact information (mobile phone, email) to be used in case of notifications and requirements. A photocopy of the first page of the application form shall be enclosed. It will be stamped by the consular office and returned to the applicant as a receipt.
2.      One recent passport-size color photograph (3.5 X 4.5 cm) with white background.
3.      Hukou: original and photocopy of all the pages, with Spanish translation
4.      Ordinary passport (or exceptionally a “public affairs/service/diplomatic passport”) with at least four months’ validity, and photocopy of all the pages.
5.      Original and photocopy of the initial authorization for temporary residence letter sent to the foreigner reunifying and a duly legalized photocopy of his/her residence card. The validity of this document is two months after notification.
6.      All documents (original and photocopy) proving the kinship, the family ties or the existence of a legally binding relationship, as well as the age and legal or economic dependence, if any.
• For spouses, original and copy of the Chinese marriage certificate.
• If there are children, original and copy of the Chinese birth certificate. If they have not it, a legalized and translated birth affidavit. (original and copy).
• For the spouse’s children, a legalized and translated certificate proving the exclusive paternal authority or custody. If the other parent also lives in Spain, a certified photocopy of his/her residence permit and of all of his/her passport pages.
• For adopted children, a legalized and translated affidavit proving the adoption.
7.      Criminal Record Certificate or its equivalent, for applicants over the age of criminal responsibility, issued by the authorities from the applicant’s country/ies of origin or residence for the last five years, translated and legalized (original and photocopy). This document has three months’ validity.
8.      Health certificate (original and photocopy) Health Certificate, translated and legalized (original and photocopy) , certifying that the applicant does not suffer from any disease requiring quarantine according to the International Sanitary Regulation.
9.      When only one of the spouses is included on the initial authorization for temporary residence, a legalized and translated affidavit by which the remaining spouse agrees to the reunification of the minors
10.     Two envelopes with the applicant’s address (in Chinese). One of the envelopes must be prepaid, 6’80 RMB if the address is from Shanghai city and 7’20 RMB if the address is from outside Shanghai.
     
 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
         Please DO NOTE that all the documents must be translated into Spanish.
         All applications are considered individually; therefore each applicant must bring an example of all the required documents.
         This Consulate General may summon the applicant for a personal interview when deemed necessary and reserves itself the right to request any further additional documents as considered necessary.

         Applicants may collect their visas in person. .
         The information printed on the visa should be checked by the applicant upon its collection.
         The collection of the visa entails the tacit acceptance of the information contained therein.

上海领区和北京个别材料还是有些不完全一样的，比如:上海领区没有指定体检医院，需要体检报告的翻译和认证(原件和复印件)；未成年人还需要提交中国的出生证明(原件和复印件)，如果没有出生证明，需要提交出生公证翻译并认证，若最近有办理经验的可以提供一下具体信息。

这个你最好向大使馆打电话确认，这个最准确。另外，有个北京大使馆提供的一个体检医院清单内有上海和江苏的医院，可以参考一下:

我打电话过去都没用,邮件回复说所有医院必须双认证
