关于自英国赴中国人员申请健康码最新规定的通知

自即日起，自英赴华人员无需再进行7日首检和抗体（包含N蛋白）检测，无论是否接种疫苗以及接种何种疫苗均只需进行48小时内双核酸检测。此外，有感染史人员进行预审无需再提供X光或CT照片。具体要求如下：   

一、赴华人员须在起飞前48小时内进行两次PCR核酸检测，且其中至少有一次的采样是在起飞前12小时内进行。离英航班起飞时间在0:00至18:00之间的，如果在起飞前12小时内进行最后一次PCR核酸检测采样确有困难，可以在起飞前24小时内进行第二次PCR核酸检测采样，并在起飞前12小时内增加一次快速抗原检测。

二、有关检测均须在指定机构（请至文末查看指定机构名单）进行，乘客可以选择在同一家检测机构打包进行所有检测，也可以选择在不同检测机构组合进行分项检测，检测结果均为阴性的人员可以向中国驻英国使领馆申请健康码。其中，中国公民通过“防疫健康码国际版”微信小程序申请，非中国公民通过健康声明书网页版申请。   

三、提交健康码申请时需要提交的材料包括所有检测报告、护照资料页和机票行程单，其它材料无需再提供（驻中转地使领馆有特殊要求的除外，请点此查看）。在不同检测机构进行组合检测的人员，请选择进行最后一次PCR核酸检测的机构作为自己的检测机构进行申报。

四、中国驻英国使领馆将及时为符合要求的旅客审发健康码。考虑到健康码审核需要一定时间，为避免影响行程，赴华旅客请在离英航班起飞前至少3个小时提交申请，并注意保持手机通讯畅通，避免漏接来电。

五、有感染史人员请提前至少6周进行预审，预审时只需提供痊愈后的两张PCR核酸检测报告。有关检测不限定机构，但检测报告须标明检测方式为PCR。请根据所在领区，向中国大使馆和对应的总领馆提交预审申请，联系方式为：

六、密切接触者和疑似症状人员要求不变。

七、船员在英国（包括直布罗陀）登陆后参照普通赴华人员要求进行检测并申请健康码，无需隔离14天。

八、本通知发布之日至5月23日为过渡期，过渡期内按照新旧要求进行检测的均可获发健康码。

九、此次检测要求的调整系根据疫情、病毒变异特点等因素做出的安排，我们将继续根据疫情形势和境外输入情况对相应规定作动态调整。当前，全球疫情形势仍十分严峻，国际旅行交叉感染风险较大。中国驻英国使领馆再次提醒大家继续坚持“非必要、非紧急，不旅行”原则，尽量避免长途或跨境旅行。请前往中国的人员务必做好行前及旅途防护，自觉进行行前自我健康监测，避免因登机前检测阳性影响行程或入境后造成疫情输入。
